Yep, spring is definitely here. We have a day or two of beautiful, warm weather, then the rain moves in. I guess all of the blooming trees and flowers need water, right?

Spring!!

Since it's cold and rainy today (can you believe it's supposed to SNOW tonight/tomorrow?!?!), I thought I'd post some pics from our warm, sunny Friday!

So, we're not Irish, but we can't pass up a chance to have some fun and do a little celebrating! The kids don't really 'get' the holiday, but did like picking out their green clothes to wear, and we'll be doing some other fun stuff throughout the day- Kira asked if we can make some leprechaun cookies, so that sounds like a good start.

So this is what it's like...

I had totally forgotten what it's like to go to a park and let the kids play. We got a good reminder today. It was absolutely beautiful weather, so we went out and enjoyed it. Too bad the rain starts tomorrow!!

It hasn't been THAT long, has it??

Okay, okay, it has been a LONG time since my last post. I'm just lazy and would rather put pictures up on FB than put up pics here and explain what's going on. BUT, I have a good reason to blog after this weekend. On Monday I turned 30!!! And to celebrate my 30th birthday, Levi took me to a cabin in the Smokey Mountains while Steve and Ronda took care of the kids in Gatlinburg. It was an awesome weekend, to say the least.
